Cape Systems Integration B.V., hereafter “we” and “CAPE”, is established in the Netherlands at Kosteeweg 13, 74447 AJ in Hellendoorn. CAPE is responsible for the processing of personal data as outlined in this privacy statement.

What is personal data

Personal data is information which can be traced back to a person, for example you. This includes your name, home address or personal e-mail address. It also refers to other aspects which relate to you or another person, such as a Citizen Service Number (BSN).

Personal data at CAPE

At CAPE we work on a daily basis with information regarding ourselves and our customers. This information is often very sensitive and valuable to the owner. Therefore we find it of utmost importance to use and process this personal data safely and carefully. We comply with all the regulations as stated in the General Data Protection Regulation, the ‘GDPR’.
In this Privacy Statement we would like to provide you with more information about how and why we collect and use your personal data. We therefore advise you to read this privacy statement carefully.

If you use the above website of CAPE, your personal data will be shared with us. We collect and use personal data which you, or your company, share with us directly. Which data is collected

We collect the following data when you use our sites and the forms on our sites:
For recruitment purposes via the ‘Apply now’ form
For communication purposes via the ‘Contact’ form.

  • Email adress
  • Telephone number
We only share this information with functionaries involved in dealing with questions and requests which arrive via our website. We will retain this information for a maximum of six months from the moment the question you have submitted has been answered by us.
For the correct display, optimization and maintenance of our websites
We continuously improve our websites to ensure our sites are accessible to you and others on common devices and with common browsers. The following data is processed for this.
  • Public IP address from where you visit our websites
  • Information about your activities on our websites
  • Internet browser and device type you use to visit our websites
This data is accessible to functionaries who deal with our websites. In addition, they can be accessed by our hosting provider, who can use them to solve technical problems. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website to analyze the operation of the site and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. This anonymous input from our visitors helps us to understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We, the CAPE Groep, have signed a data processing agreement with Google Analytics.

The information obtained is stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence over this. We have not given Google permission to use the obtained analytics information for any other Google services. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics.

If you would prefer to completely block Google Analytics, you can download an opt-out plugin for Google Analytics. This plug-in ensures your visit no longer counts in the statistics of all websites using Google Analytics.

Your rights, our obligations

Your rights are important
As a person concerned, in other words the person the personal data is about, you have the right to insight, amendment, destruction and the right to be forgotten. You can also object to the processing of your personal data by CAPE. We collect your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests or your own consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For questions and requests you can contact privacy@capegroep.nl. We will always respond in a timely manner to a question or request, in accordance with the requirements set in the GDPR.
Our obligations
It is our job to ensure your data is not processed unlawfully or even go amiss. At CAPE, we achieve this by applying various levels of security. In this case the most important measures are:
  • Encryption of data, both during transport over the internet and internally at CAPE
  • Encrypted storage of data on laptops and other data carriers
  • Logical access control based on a ‘need to know’ principle
At CAPE we underline the importance of information security through our ISO 27001 certification. This international standard for information security helps us to permanently use and improve information security within our own (work) processes.

Cookies on CAPE websites
